REAL ESTATE (excluding commercial work)

1) Property is Photo Ready: We ask that the property is properly staged, lights on and ready to go. All items not wanted in the photos, 3D and/or aerial services are to be put out of sight. If property is not photo ready, the tech will wait up to 30 min after the schedule appointment. If property fails to be photo ready a trip charge of $25 will be charged, and our appointment will be rescheduled for a later date in time. 
2) Pets: Please inform us if you have pets. If possible we would like pets in crates when we arrive on site. 
3) 3D Walkthrough: Our 3D Walkthrough links are live for 6 months. There is a $25 hosting fee for an additions 6 months. If you are wanting to extend your 3D Walkthrough link by 6 months it is your responsibility to contact us before the 6 month mark. If you fail to contact us we cannot guarantee that 3D Walkthrough will still be available. 
4) Notice of Trip Charge: Trip Charges only apply to properties 50 miles outside our servicing area. The cost of this trip fee is a flat rate of $35. Trip charges may also apply if property is not photo ready or we have to leave due to scheduler error. The trip charge for this will be $25.
5) Cancelling & Rescheduling Appointments: We allow you to cancel & reschedule your properties up to 3 hour before scheduled appointment. To change/chance your appointment click the Change/Cancel Appointment button at the bottom of this confirmation and follow the instructions. If needing to reschedule within the hour before the scheduled appointment please contact us at (262) 720-3604. If this happens there will be a $50 Fee to cancel/change your appointment. If appointment fails to be canceled there will be no refunds issued.
6) Payments & Refunds: We currently ask that at the time of booking your appointment you pay by card via online booking. If you are needing to pay cash or check please contact the office at (262) 720-3604 and we will schedule your appointment for you. Any refunds that are needed will be issued within 7-10 business days. 
7) File Login for First Time Customers: We are currently using a cloud based serviced called OneHub. You should receive and email from OneHub asking you to set up an account to receive your files from us. (If you haven't received this email please check your SPAM/JUNK folder)
8) File Delivery Timeframe: For appointments booked and finished before 1PM CST, we guarantee a Next Day delivery (5PM EST) of interior/exterior photography. 3D Walkthroughs & other video services will be sent no later than 48 Hours from the scheduled appointment time.
9) Copyrights & Licensing: The photos and/or videos produced from this appointment is owned solely by Sky's the Limit Media Group. Skys The Limit Media Group is only giving you permission for a single use license (does not apply to the same agent re-listing an unsold property, or any commercial properties.) You may use this content for small advertising such as any form of social media, MLS, and other listing platforms. If using the delivered content for large scale advertisement (billboards, radio stations, television) you must contact us before you do so.
